Is it possible to make a budget standard deck that includes only cards from Kaladesh to Hour of Devestation that is remotely good? My preferred colours are black and red, what archetypes could I look at?

Two number 9s, a number 9 large, a number 6 with extra dip, a number 7, two number 45s, one with cheese, and a large soda.

Red aggro. It's cheap and top 16s 2-day events no problem. I can get you a list if you'd like.

Actually, just netdecked this (replaced a Chandra in the board for another Shock just cause)

I like this, would be open to suggestions. I assume it plays like any other red deck but what decks do the sideboard cards help against?

In standard your big concerns are UR(b) control uw monument, and BG. Bring in artifact destruction and hour of devastation against monument for sure, hour is good against BG as well. Against control it's possible that you just lose but that's not necessarily true since I'm not super aware of the state of the meta.

Noted. Hour of Devastation is one I haven't seen yet so I'll definitely keep in mind

Haven't got the money right now anyway, I'll give it a couple of weeks.
