I still need to cut a whopping 28 cards from this, and I've hit a wall. Suggestions would be appreciated.

The idea for the deck basically to make your opponents fight each other while occasionally getting in a few blows of your own. Lots of rattlesnake cards, Ghostly Prison effects, etc. as well as cards that encourage your opponents' creatures to attack. There are also a few other cards that fit the Tyranny idea, like hurting all your opponents at once or taking their stuff without permission.

Off the top I think you need to focus on single effects vs deterrence.

You could make a lot of headway by either dropping some of the singular effects cards (the vow cycle, for instance) and instead relying mainly on pillowfort tactics, or vice versa. Doing both is stretching your pool real thin and I don't know which you like more.

I also think that focusing on a win con for yourself would help thin stuff out as well. You've got loads of token producers, needler cards, control pieces... its all kind of stashed around together. I think any *one* of those as your killshot move could work, particularly with a pillowfort from that selection of cards, but it's stretched a bit thin at this point to try to guess at what your favorite method would be.

After that settles, you can choose to fill in the gaps with the mass/spot removal you need for your group.

The inclusion of a bunch of different types of cards is intentional. I don't like my EDH decks to play the exact same way every game. I could probably cut the Vows, though. As far as win condition, the win condition is largely my opponents attacking each other, finish off with the life loss enchantments or one of the many random creatures. Not sure where you're seeing a token theme. I mean, I guess there's my commander and the other card making deathtouch tokens to block with... And Heliod incidentally makes tokens but he's really just an indestructible Serra's Blessing here. I guess there's also Assemble the Legion, which I don't really need.
